Saving is very important and it's part of paying yourself first. This is why 401ks work so well, your savings gets taken out of your paycheck before you have a chance to spend it all.

It's not money that matters, it's how you use it that determines its true value. By keeping a budget and saving we are telling the universe that we respect and value this energy that is money which will cause the universe to allow more to flow into our lives.

Most people don't even create a monthly budget, if you don't budget then I suggest learning how to create one every month using a spreadsheet like excel or google sheets. Google sheets has premade budget templates and you can even do a search and use other pre-made budget templates that people use and have shared.
